I spent two decades inside Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, including as an executive, where I built first-of-their-kind social impact strategies for organizations with up to 140,000 employees. As a trusted C-suite partner, I advised executives on sociopolitical risk and presented strategies to C-suites and boards myself.

I coach purpose-driven leaders on people leadership, influencing workplace systems, creating a healthy culture, and staying steady through change and uncertainty.
